Update agent documentation for dashboard panel

Updated the agent documentation to reflect the new dashboard panel access method introduced in PR #4711. The agent is now accessible directly from the dashboard via keyboard shortcut (⌘/Ctrl+I) or sidebar icon, with integrated Chat, History, and Settings views.
