Closes #15

  • Update frontend dependencies
  • Update backend dependencies
  • Install ruff & mypy, and set config for pre-commit
  • Update eslint config in frontend and fix issues
  • Update to materialui v6 and remove deprecated components
  • Update to latest FastApi templates and remove bcrypt error
  • Fix frontend unit tests
  • Update docker-compose settings: update to traefik v3, use watch instead of volumes for reloading
  • Refactor backend settings to use root level .env file
