Added comprehensive beginner tutorials for Python Functions and Control Structures. These tutorials include detailed explanations, well-commented example code with function definitions, parameters, return values, lambda functions, conditionals, loops, and control flow keywords like break and continue. The aim is to help absolute beginners build a solid foundation in writing basic Python programs.
