I added example of instructions whenever there's an error when running docker file to install tomcat into docker.
example:
"ADD failed: failed to GET https://dlcdn.apache.org/tomcat/tomcat-9/v9.0.70/bin/apache-tomcat-9.0.70.tar.gz with status 404 Not Found: "
