Release 1.0 of the Grun.Net tools for testing C# Antlr4 grammars.

This release includes an installer that will make installation of the tools as painless as possible. Should you wish to install them manually, I recommend you build the source, then copy all the binaries from the "bin/release" folder under the Grun project to a central tool folder. Lastly, you'll probably want to add that folder to your Environment PATH variable. I recommend using the setup, since it will take care of all of this for you.
