LGTM! Too bad Microsoft don't have a better way to view/search the winget repos online.
There are unofficial ways like winget.run or winget.app. I actually use winget.run a lot personally when linking to others, but it doesn't show tldr-pages/tlrc. Meanwhile, there's no other site that I'm comfortable with sharing/linking to.

Checklist
This PR updates README to suggest pipx instead of pip (to match with https://tldr.sh 's change at tldr-pages/tldr-pages.github.io#84) and I have also added the Winget entry for Rust client for better visibility since it's a first party package manager installed by default in Windows and multiple users in past have enquired about a Winget package (not knowing we already have one).
