Argh, I commited a .msh 💀. I did not check travis at all but since it is a draft it is not a problem. |

I do not why but it seems travis builds the master branch using the .travis.yml provided in this PR... |
That way I check for gcc, clang and msvc !
MSVC only use openmp 2.0 oO

This is the beginning of the refactor of the code into something more OOP.
I plan to have
nlohmannjsonlib for the parameters reading inside the main.pp.Currently there is only a proposition of
classfor the mesh.
