Resolves #8567.
Description
This pull request fixes a JavaScript lint error in the
lib/node_modules/@stdlib/repl/presentation/lib/commands/last.jsmodule.Specifically, the
stdlib/no-unnecessary-nested-functionsrule required thatthe
onDraincallback function be moved from insideonCommandto the outerscope of the
commandfunction. This change removes the unnecessary nestedfunction while preserving the original behavior.
