Why
We only listed so far link for the interested package authors/maintainers on how to join program in the repository README. I think it might be useful to also have a button on the website.
How
Add join tests program link leading the the Discussions and Proposal thread, add tooltips to the buttons in Header, reorganize SVG icons, tweak few color shades, bump Next.
