📌 개요

  • 날짜 정보에서 밀리초까지 허용하도록 변경
  • 실제 데이터는 초 단위 까지만 이용.
  • 테스트 케이스 추가 및 변경해서 검증

🔨 작업 내용

  • dto에서 jason 형식 제한 어노테이션 삭제 및 초 단위로 절삭 setter 구현
