This PR adds a full CI workflow, fixes broken Documentation index links, removes the CocoaPods badge to comply with SPM-only policy, updates CONTRIBUTING links, and cleans up CHANGELOG.\n\n- Adds macOS CI with build, test, lint, and coverage export\n- Fixes Documentation/README.md index to valid relative links\n- Removes CocoaPods badge; SPM-only enforced\n- Updates GitHub Flow link to official docs\n- Cleans CHANGELOG noisy placeholders\n\nAll docs are in English and all links validated.
