Bug: HTML entities render literally in translated MDX changelogs
The automated translation introduced HTML entity encoding that will render as literal text in MDX markdown context. French text contains ' for apostrophes (e.g., n'apparaissent instead of n'apparaissent), and Spanish text contains " for quotes, > for greater-than signs, and _ for underscores. Users will see these encoded strings literally in the rendered documentation, severely impacting readability, especially for French content which uses apostrophes extensively.
