Add guides overview page

Created a new overview page for the Guides section that provides a walkthrough of all available guides organized by category. The page includes quick-start cards to help users navigate to the most relevant content based on their needs.

Files changed:

• guides/overview.mdx - New overview page with categorized guide listings
• docs.json - Added overview page to Guides tab navigation

Adds a Guides overview page and links it in the Guides tab under a new Overview group.
