Bug: Untranslated heading in Spanish file

The heading "Markdown mode" on line 75 is in English instead of Spanish. This is inconsistent with the rest of the Spanish translation and breaks the user experience for Spanish-speaking users. The heading should be translated to "Modo Markdown" to match the pattern used in the French version and maintain consistency with the rest of the Spanish documentation.
