The modifications within this pull request include:

  • replacing deprecated IncrementalTaskInputs with InputChanges
  • upgrading unit tests to JUnit5
  • upgrading support Gradle version to Gradle 8.10
  • upgrading Java version to Java 17
  • removed outdated mock for IncrementatlTaskInputs and introduced a mock for InputChanges
  • some code styles have automatically be applied to altered files (I didn't want to disable code style - I hope that doesn't matter)
