Thank you for your work on the ToDo List application using Tkinter! Before merging, please consider the following changes:

Add more comments to complex methods, especially for database operations.
Implement features for task editing, deleting, and marking tasks as completed.
Close the database connection when the application exits to prevent data loss.
Expand README with usage instructions and feature examples.
Move tasks.db to the ToDoAppTkInter directory for better organization.
Review the existing project format to ensure directory names are consistent.
