This PR fixes "unbalanced parentheses" errors for queries that do have balanced brackets. See #13.
We now keep track of all parentheses and square brackets, not just parentheses from function calls.
This change means we now report the index of the opening bracket in error messages, if it does not have a matching closing bracket. We used to report the end index, usually the "end of input" index.
