To clarify the issue. In rtl languages like arabic. The phone numbers is ltr not rtl. So in rtl views they need to be under directionality widget with ltr text direction. I guess it will be better to be configurable . rtl, ltr or auto based on context |

in write to left languages like Farsi and Arabic the dialog view direction fixed.
