Update Prettier and Rimraf dependencies, fix CSS quotes (#1773)

Upgraded Prettier to 3.7.0 and Rimraf to 6.1.2 in package.json and package-lock.json for improved compatibility and bug fixes.

Updated CSS selectors in custom.css to use single quotes for consistency and style improvements.
