Excellent work on the content, however, there are a few minor errors that should be fixed, all stated in the comments.

My first commit edited the existing text solely for spelling and grammar. My second commit edits the content more significantly by adding a section on Parliamentary Procedure, and rewriting the existing text to match formats throughout.
