The common.yml is a re-usable workflow used by products for their SPM-based testing. It would be helpful to upload build logs.

Failing CI are flakes. I've verified that their xcodebuild logs are being uploaded. ex. https://github.com/firebase/firebase-ios-sdk/actions/runs/20243704587?pr=15602
