Could you also please link to the contributing guide and expand the contributing guide to ensure anyone in the organization, including people unfamiliar with quarto or GitHub Actions, is able to perform routine maintenance tasks?
As for etstats, you might want to achieve this by asking the community if they feel they have sufficient info / what is missing.
