Context
The chunks coming back from LLM Gateway (Agent Hub) are streamed really fast.
That's why there is a throttler that makes the typing effect slower and look a bit smoother.
However, it can feel too slow, especially at the end.
Changes
Remove the throttling after 5 seconds when the first chunk arrives.
