Removes fast-xml-parser. It's no longer used after updating ancestor dependencies fast-xml-parser, @aws-sdk/client-cloudwatch, @aws-sdk/client-cognito-identity-provider, @aws-sdk/client-dynamodb, @aws-sdk/client-ivs, @aws-sdk/client-ivs-realtime, @aws-sdk/client-ivschat, @aws-sdk/client-s3, @aws-sdk/client-secrets-manager, @aws-sdk/client-sqs and @aws-sdk/s3-presigned-post.
