Fixes #2853
What does this implement/fix? Explain your changes.
This enhancement fixes an alignment issue in the parameter generation for the Elastic Ensemble (
ElasticEnsemble) classifier. The original Elastic Ensemble paper specifies the use of 11 elastic distance classifiers, which includes the unconstrained (full warping window) versions of DTW and DDTW. Previously, the
_get_100_param_optionsmethod fordtwandddtwonly generated window constraints from 0.00 to 0.99.This PR modifies the parameter generation logic to:
window: 1.0).A unit test (
test_dtw_ddtw_full_window_inclusion) has been added to verify thatwindow: 1.0is correctly included in the parameter list for both DTW and DDTW.Does your contribution introduce a new dependency? If yes, which one?
No
