In some cases if the get random integer function was called too soon after the constructor is called then the cache will not be filled yet and it would result in not a number being returned. This was causing problems for me, to get around this I converted the codebase to use promises to ensure that getinteger will always return a value.
Im not sure if the new implementation is all that great, but I think it solved the problem that I was having. Im open to fixing things that I missed.
I am probably going to republish the package so that I can make use of it in the meantime, but ultimately I think this is a better package name than something I can think of.
