The scipy interp2d function has been removed from the scipy library. PR changes the useage of interp2d in visualization.py to use the new RectBivariateSpline function. The new function looks like it works as intended after testing with test_3rd_order_soliton.py
Additionally, PR includes the switch from np.math.factorial to math.factorial
