I don't have time to follow the whole thing, but I guess the TLC will be a good road-test.
But HOLY CRAP THIS LOOKS AWESOME! 8D
Great job! I really like that it comes from multiple file formats and is using actual data people might use. Fantastic!

@IsaiMaganTNO I have updated the branch to the latest changes in main to prepare to merge it. Before that, would you mind double-checking that all works as you expected in the tutorial? You need to update your local branch to get the changes I added. Specially, the names of the parameters that have changed, please have a look at #1432, Thanks, and let me know if you need some guidance or assistance with this. |

Related issues
This pull request is related to several issues, namely reconstructing a Workflow tutorial for the TLC, showing a case where multiple runs of TEM are done through one connection and working with explicit DuckDB files to store results, read in data etc.
Old PR is closed and this new one contains (for now) finalized version of TLC Workshop 7 and squashed to keep commit history clean.
