Moved over all of the content from https://projects.suffolklitlab.org/legal-tech-class/docs/introduction-to-docassemble to this site. Checked that everything still works / looks fine, and it does.

Did some light content edits, but only where:

  • there were duplicate pages in our site such as for:
    • Docassemble Theming: this repo already had a more up-to-date copy of the page on the Legal Tech class
    • Translating interviews: both pages seemed useful, so I merged what I thought would be useful.
  • the overview page to not link out to the old site (removed most of the content there)
  • changed links to point to the page on this site instead of linking back out

Fix #560

Should clarify the pages that are deleted in this PR (I assume they are recreated on build, but maybe should be in a different PR? If that's too cumbersome, maybe just mention it in the PR body?

* Change links to point to the page on this site, instead of the old page
* Theming and translating interviews already had pages on this site, merged with them instead
* Changed the overview to not point folks to the other site.

Sorry, those are already deleted in #565, and I had forgotten to git pull before making this branch. Just rebased, and those should be gone
