Is this PR still necessary? I can resolve the conflicts and do it. But I'm wondering if the IRC is still alive for pyar. Could we confirm it? |

Creo que podriamos cambiar el link de IRC por "chat" y poner un texto similar al que puse en este PR como contenido.
De esa manera está bien comunicada la información de cómo participar.
