新增 graph_net.agent 模块，包含 Fetcher, Analyzer, Coder, Extractor, Verifier 组件。
实现了从 HuggingFace 自动下载、分析配置、生成推理脚本并抽取子图的全流程。
添加了设计文档 docs/design/agent_design.md。
• 已通过本地测试，成功抽取 prajjwal1/bert-tiny 模型。
