Needs confirmation with more than one non-prototype game to clear things up, or more confirmation required:
Check against MAME software list or DS/GameCube/etc banner for verification and believe that; also, find the final versions of betas
- 31:
- Heisei Gunjin Shougi (Japan) (Satellaview)
- 40
- Super Turrican (SNES USA): Seika (confirmed by SL), was Tonkinhouse in Japan
- Umizuri Meijin - Suzuki Hen (Japan) (Beta) (SNES): Final game was published by Electronic Arts Victor
- 73: Some documentation says Sculptured Software but probably not, seems to be Parker Bros if anything
- Clue (USA) (SNES)
- Monopoly (USA) (Rev 1) (SNES)
- AX:
- Watchever (Europe) (Channel) (WiiWare): Unknown whomst did this but it's a defunct video service in Germany that was by Vivaldi
- CL
- Oekaki Logic (Japan) (NP) (SNES) (Sekaibunka Publishing, or Bunkasha Games according to MAME SL?)
- D2
- Wakusei Aton Gaiden (Japan) (National Tax Agency Demo) (FDS) (MAME SL: unknown)
- DK
- Initial D Gaiden (Japan) (GB) (SL: Kodansha) (Ask Kodansha whomst is a subsidiary of Kodansha is D4)
- DM
- Kyojin no Doshin (Japan) (Demo) (Kiosk) [b] (64DD)
- Kyojin no Doshin - Kaihou Sensen Chibikko Chikko Daishuugou (Japan) (64DD)
- Kyojin no Doshin 1 (Japan) (64DD)
- Randnet Disk (Japan) (64DD)
- EL
- ANA Original: Gotouchi Kentei DS (dev: Studio Zan pub: originally Spike, this version is some All Nippon Airways promo) (banner: スパイク (Supaiku))

- F9
- Spectre (USA) (SNES) (dev: Synergistic Software / pub: US Cybersoft EU GameTek)
- FG
- Bomberman Selection (Korea) (dev: Hudson Soft / pub: Jupiter or Hudson Soft themselves, depending on who you ask) This is tricky because Hudson Soft already has a licensee code of 0x18, and Jupiter never published anything else, maybe some kind of Korean branch of Hudson?
- G0
- Monster Finder (albeit a bad dump) aka Foto Showdown outside JP (DSi) Alpha Unit (no banner, maybe good dump should have it)
- G1
- Darius R (Japan) (En) (GBA): PCCW Japan (MAME SL, GameFAQs) or is it Taito as some Darius wiki says
- Moero!! Jaleco Collection (Japan) (GBA): Jaleco (MAME SL)
- What is going on here? Those companies aren't connected in any way
- GR
- Mahjong Mysteries - Ancient Egypt (Europe) (En,Fr,Es,It) (Rev 1) (DS): Banner says GSP, developed and published by Avanquest Software according to GameFAQs
- K0

- Tsuji Gakuen Tsuji Cooking Kanshuu - Koharu no DS Uchigohan. - Shokuji Balance Guide Tsuki (Comolink as per banner)
- KX
- Animal Life - North America (Europe) (En,Fr,De,Es,It) (NDSi Enhanced) (DS): Banner "UIG GmbH", box art mentions a UIG too I think
- A lot of hacked stuff (fan translations, bogus Pokemon distro carts)
- LR
- Doctor Who: Evacuation Earth (Europe) (DS): Banner says Asylum Entertainment, Wikipedia says it was published by them, GameFAQs says it was published by Koch Media, GiantBomb says it was published by BBC Multimedia; cart sticker says Asylum Entertainment and BBC. What the crap is going on here? Doesn't help that I don't have the original box and nobody on the internet thought to scan the back of the box. Although if I actually play the game, the intro says "Developed and published by Asylum Entertainment" but then goes on to mention Deep Silver in the credits and what
- MN

- TR
- Tetris Party (USA) (WiiWare): Tetris Online
- ZH
- K3 en de Vrolijke Noten (DS): Cannot find any info on this at all, other than some Dutch-speaking stores which show the box art which says "The Pharmacy" but the store info pages also say "Studio 100"; banner says Engine Software
