Duplicate dubious licensee codes in NintendoCommon.cs

Basically these all might be wrong, or they might actually be the same company but different branches of the same company and Nintendo lets them have more than one licensee code for reasons

For this reason, we should be exact here with what the company is called on the box and what region it's in and even what year (so we can figure out things where mergers or renames etc are involved)
