Ensure ui is rendered when document.readyState is interactive. Quote From: https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/docs/Web/API/document.readyState "Returns "loading" while the document is loading, "interactive" once it is finished parsing but still loading sub-resources, and "complete" once it has loaded." I stumbled upon this issue when using Offlinejs with Apache Cordova on an iOS application using RequireJS.
