This PR removes the werkzeug direct dependency which was causing a dependabot conflict. The dependency appears to be unused based on searches showing no direct imports or references to werkzeug in the codebase.

Remove werkzeug dependency. It's causing a dependabot conflict in #100, and I don't think we're using werkzeug directly because
git grep -i werkzeugonly finds this one occurrence, so I think we can just remove it.
