Fixed bug where SQL cannot filter ImmuForeignKey condition

1. The old version cannot handle keys ending in fg in immudjango/sql/getter.getWhere. _where.
2. In _get_fg_fields, if two foreign keys are connected to the same model, it will result in duplication of fg [2], and the value of the second foreign key will overwrite the first one. We fixed this issue by using fg [0] __fg [2] (foreign key name__table name) as unique_id here
