FTC 2019-2020 Season SkyStone V5.4 SDK DS Utilities Release

Due to the official release of FTC Control Software V5.4, we are releasing the V5.4 corresponding version of DS Utilities!
To use, open the Utilities folder and do the following.

Mac / Linux

1. Open a command prompt
2. cd into the Utilities folder
3. Hit sh install_newest_ds_mac.sh

Windows

1. Double click on install_newest_ds_windows.bat
