Quick and convenient way to setup your new VPS

🌌🍕 This a scripts which has built functions such as:

• Update & upgrade
• Add repositories (right now only Universe)
• Install essential packages (neofetch htop git curl and more)
• Install Python from PPA (ppa:deadsnakes)
• Build Python3 from sources
• Overwrite default python/pip
• Add sudo user
• Install Docker
• Secure server (change PermitRootLogin to without-password and more)

🦄🍀 Some features:

• Easily changing functions to be called
• Passing python version to be install or build as arguments
• Passing user name to be added as sudo user
