What is Entitlement Management

Entitlements indicate the level of support a customer is entitled to.


Supported Objects

Entitlements are supported on the following objects:

  1. Account
  2. Case
  3. Contact (Only in classic)
  4. Assets
  5. Service Contract
  6. Contract Line Item

How to Enable Entitlements

  1. Setup -> Entitlement Settings -> Check the box to enable Entitlements
