Applied the same LJPW framework that powers semantic analysis to the tool's own UX, making it welcoming, clear, actionable, and educational.

Changes by dimension:

  • Love (💛): Warm, encouraging language; celebration of good code
  • Justice (⚖️): Clear explanations; transparent scoring
  • Power (💪): Actionable tips; helpful error messages
  • Wisdom (🧠): Educational context; plain language

Key improvements:

  • Friendlier startup: "Finding harmony in your code" with ⚓
  • Status levels: ✨ Excellent / ✓ Harmonious / ⚠️ Worth reviewing / 🚨 Needs attention
  • Celebration messages: "🎉 Beautiful!" when code is harmonious
  • Helpful errors: "Let's check the path?" instead of "ERROR"
  • Encouraging summaries with actionable next steps
  • Tips: "Run with --suggest-names for naming suggestions"

Documentation:

  • UX_DESIGN_HARMONIOUS.md: Complete design philosophy and roadmap
  • UX_QUICK_REFERENCE.md: User guide to understanding output
  • UX_IMPROVEMENTS_SUMMARY.md: Detailed before/after comparison
  • HARMONIOUS_UX_CHANGELOG.md: Version 1.5.1 change documentation

Meta-insight: A tool teaching semantic harmony should embody semantic harmony in its own design. The framework told us to make it free and open source, and it also showed us how the UX should feel.

Files modified:

  • harmonizer/main.py: +50 lines of UX improvements
  • README.md: Added links to new UX documentation

Backward compatible - no breaking changes.
