apt-key add not wokring with this image

Hello,

I am using this image as base image for Gitlab ci, when I trying to install nodejs, script failed on
curl -s https://deb.nodesource.com/gpgkey/nodesource.gpg.key | apt-key add -

I am not sure what can be a problem but it stopped working today. I tried a lot of different variants of commands and I also check PR made in this docker file but I am not able to figured out what is wrong.

Don't you know what can cause such behavior ?
