Can select right-most cell if worktime column is disabled

If you uncomment https://github.com/yn1323/TimeTable.js/blob/master/js/sample.js#L77 or set workTime: false the last column is not displayed. However, that leads to two bugs actually:

• the right-most column is too wide
• you can drag a bar across it i.e. that last column is not selectable

I also faced the same issue while using this library to create a 24 hour tracker. The first issue is a css one caused the border (i ain't a css expert to fix that :( ) and the root cause for the second issue are these two lines of code canvas width and getting the last cell

I increased the canvas width by removing the subtract part and replaced the last cell getter by this obj.time = $(target).attr("data-time");

But in your case ignore the getter (getting the last cell) fix. Hope this helps :)
