tracing for tablet booting #29759
Description
We have a TabletStartTime sensor, that covers the entire process of tablet start - from Hive sending TEvBootTablet, to Hive receiving TEvTabletStatus. We should use tracing to get a more detailed picture
- Hive -> Local
- Local -> Tablet
- Ideally, Tablet <-> Storage
- Tablet -> Local
- Local -> Hive
