Clean up release folder - remove build scripts and artifacts

Removed:
- Build scripts: *.ps1, *.bat, *.sh
- Build artifacts: *.tar.gz, release-*.txt, release-payload.json
- Process documentation: CONTRIBUTING.md, *_INSTRUCTIONS.md

Keeping only essential runtime files:
- dist/, node_modules/, package*.json
- User docs: README.md, CHANGELOG.md, LICENSE, docs/
- Examples: examples/
- Git: .git/, .github/, .gitignore
