Incorrect recast time for DNC Technical Finish

Hi folks,

Not sure if this repository is the most appropriate place for an issue, feel free to direct me elsewhere if not. Dancer's Technical Finish recast time is listed in the job guide as 1.5s, but on XIVAPI as 2.5s.

Double Technical Finish seems to correctly lists the recast time as 1.5 seconds already (https://xivapi.com/action/17827)
