Clarify reproduction expectations on bug reporting template #25
Description
I've closed a couple of issues recently (e.g. wp-cli/wp-cli#5622 (comment)) where the issue didn't include reproduction steps. However, participants on the thread were confused as to why the issue was closed.
On the bug reporting template, we should clarify that bug reports need to come with reproducible steps.
