payments have been taken i.e stripe payment complete - but still says ' processing' #285

Hi Everyone,

Just putting this out here and hoping someone can help!!

We have an ongoing issue with some of our payments (happens with both subscriptions and one-off purchases). Payment goes through as it should... product gets dispatched from the warehouse. However... we have a list of 117 (currently) orders which are under the 'processing' status on Woocommerce - all built up over the last 5 mths.

If we do a 'bulk action' to change them all to status 'Completed' (as I have done before, 5 mths ago) - all 117 customers will get an email saying thanks for your payment and they (understandably) get very upset thinking we have just charged them again!!!

Does anyone know 1. why this is happening and 2. how to rectify this without them all getting an email from us saying they have just made payment?
