Should be able to specify a path for a page to include the code on

There are sometimes viewable locations on a WP website that are neither the home page nor a post/page/cpt nor an archive.   https://www.thirteen.org/pbsoauth/loginform/ for instance.   It shouldn't be that difficult to add in logic and an interface for specifying paths like that.
