Release app firmware doesn't start an AP and doesn't connect to wifi configured in NVS.

I tried using the standard nvs settings for esp_wifi_set_config but it doesn't seem to connect or anything.

I flashed using esptool to an esp32-wroom-32 with the _full file, tried starting it up and it just repeatedly says disconnected. So I tried writing an nvs partition to 0x9000 (from the partition table) and it still just repeatedly says disconnected.

After building this myself, the code disables reading wifi config from NVS and instead uses hard coded entries in the code. Why is this? The ota concept can't work safely if you don't load configs from a local storage.

Sorry, I've never paid attention to anything about NVS. The WiFi connection part of the code is from espressif's demo, and I'm not sure if it will work in all scenarios.
