Support custom Icon component

Support custom component since we internally don't use expo-vector-icons anymore (bundle size on web too big)

it would be very useful to able to use FontAwesome6, as an alternative. I am using FontAwesome6 icon but I sadly do not found a way to integrate it.

For instance, I am using FontAwesome6 with list.accordion and I can easely add a FontAwesome6 icon at the left section as the following

left={props => <FontAwesome6 color={color.greenDark} size={20} name="sun-plant-wilt'"/>}

It would be nice that we can do the same with that nice tab library.
I have tried the following without success
icon={(props:any) => <FontAwesome6 {...props} color={color.greenDark} size={20} name="sun-plant-wilt"/>}
It print a ? instead of the icon
